What Reading Master should look like?

Reading Master should have a long resume of books read. RM should be able to have tools to analyze the reading material. RM should know how to increase the speed of reading a text. RM should be able to guide his/her students in the right direction of "To-Read" titles. RM should be able to train others to become RMs.

Economy and health of a family unit are the basics of the quality of living among modern-day civilians so they should be regarded as the UNIT of the UCM establishment. As the UNITs build up the BLOCKs (living area in a country/county) and being governed by leaders that are building up the COUNTY/COUNTRY itself are always guided by heeding leaders. Resources of the planet, be they energy, human power or physical resources (wood, stone, gold, diamonds) should be allocated towards the reaffirmation of basic being among the newly appearing UNITs.
