Meditation Master should be proficient in Vipassana and Zazen sitting. MM should be able to control his breathing. MM should have countless hours of practice. MM should be able to sit an hour-long meditation. MM should be able to pass his/her knowledge and qualify another MMs.

Reading Master should have a long resume of books read. RM should be able to have tools to analyze the reading material. RM should know how to increase the speed of reading a text. RM should be able to guide his/her students in the right direction of "To-Read" titles. RM should be able to train others to become RMs.

Bran the broken. Lao Tzu. Aragorn. All three of these guys are very honored by their surrounding. They are disciplined, intelligent and wise. They look into the past but don't cling to it, they lead and guide out of a position of a building and balanced insight. If you can fuse the three of them into one, you may end up with the perfect leader.

Meditation would be the center of the spirituality of UCM UNITS. As reading would be the right hand of spiritual development. With physical disciplines as athletics or Tai-Chi would be the left hand of the UCM spiritual development. There would be Masters that are going through intensive training to be able to guide in each of the three disciplines. Reading Master. Meditation Master. Body Movement Master.

Technological advancements guided and rewarded by the Utopia president, taxed to maintain convenient life of the less having Utopians. Economy guided and breathing of UCM tool to exchange services and gifts among the Utopians. The medicine should be going hand in hand with the economy and be shared among the Utopians. Economy and health of a family unit are the basics of the quality of living among modern-day civilians so they should be regarded as the UNIT of the UCM establishment. As the UNITs build up the BLOCKs (living area in a country/county) and being governed by leaders that are building up the COUNTY/COUNTRY itself are always guided by heeding leaders. Resources of the planet, be they energy, human power or physical resources (wood, stone, gold, diamonds) should be allocated towards the reaffirmation of basic being among the newly appearing UNITs.

Regardless of the race or gender or background, welcoming community of leaders who provide security, equality, and progress to the people. We tend to be heterosexual society to keep the good genes going also not restricting neither supporting or punishing gay or lesbian manifestations.  Built of an adequate hierarchy of leaders which are chosen from geographical blocks (Question remains how wide the unit of a block, should be.) leaders who in their term choose country/county leaders to support and guide each other. One monarch is chosen by the leaders of the countries to be a representation of the Earth and its heritage and to be a voice of the planet. Not clinging to human history or human mistakes or actions throughout time, but rather acknowledging it (history) and leading to toward the support and manifestation of Utopia on the planet.
